Aiming2Achieve (A2A) is a professional leadership development organization that promotes continuous learning in people and teams. A2A sessions provides professional leaders with the strategies necessary to drive actions that will increasing engagement, productivity, and professional growth.
Crystal Hardiman is currently the Training and Development Manager at a major St. Louis Corporation and holds several Certifications. In addition to designing and implementing leadership training, her passion is mentoring, coaching and developing new and seasoned employees.
Crystal Hardiman is a 2011 graduate of the St. Louis Business Diversity Initiative. She has facilitated leadership development classes at both the corporate and college level. Crystal is passionate about giving back so she volunteers at St. Patrick’s center in St. Louis, and she also is the Co-Lead of the Finance ministry at her church where she facilitates a Financial Peace University class. Crystal earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Fine Arts and Communications and a Master’s degree in Public Administration and Policy Analysis from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville.
Emma Lumpkins is currently working as a Human Resources Diversity & Inclusion Fellow at Fleishman Hillard in St. Louis. She is responsible for creating diversity and inclusion Initiatives and for designing, developing and facilitating professional development training.
Emma is an extra-ordinary leader with over 25 years of business and leadership experience in Corporate America. She also has over ten years of experience as an Adjunct Instructor at Fontbonne University where she has taught courses at the graduate and undergraduate level.

Emma has a Master’s in Business Administration from Webster University and is on pace to graduate from Washington University with a Human Resources Management Certificate in December 2018.
